According to the police report, Tanner sat at the counter, ordered an All-Star Special with extra hash browns, and when the check arrived presented the goat by her collar and said she was "good for it." Responding officers say they found: - A live goat named Barbara, wearing a pink heart-shaped name tag - A handwritten "ownership transfer letter" signed only with Tanner's initials - A printed appraisal Tanner had made himself valuing Barbara at $58 - A second smaller goat in his truck "in case Barbara wasn't enough" - A receipt where the tip line had been replaced with the word "BARBARA" The waitress told police Tanner had insisted Barbara "ate less than a regular customer and tipped better."
