Store staff say Bear entered through the garden entrance with the goats on a single long lead, marching them single file down the main aisle while playing a steady kazoo tune the entire time. Led all twelve goats through the store in a single connected line Played a continuous kazoo tune throughout the entire walkthrough Insisted the goats were "consulting on landscaping displays" specifically Refused to stop when employees first approached the group Allowed the goats to sample plants directly off the garden shelves Handed out business cards reading "The Design Team, Est. This Morning" Told a customer the goats "had strong opinions" about mulch color options Customers reportedly stopped their carts entirely to watch the procession, several assuming it was some kind of promotional event before employees intervened. Store manager Denise Calloway, thirteen years with the company, said, "I've had customers bring dogs into the garden section before. I've never had someone bring twelve goats and a kazoo claiming they were consultants." The kazoo, confiscated as evidence, declined to comment.
