Crew say Brennan had boarded early specifically to "get ahead" on her nighttime routine before takeoff, laying each product out in careful sequence on the floor beside her seat. Brennan allegedly refused three requests from flight attendants to clear the aisle and finish in her seat Witnesses say she applied a pearl brightening sheet mask followed immediately by an aloe soothing mask She reportedly used the jade roller for a full facial massage while boarding passengers stepped around her Flight attendants say the mirror and cotton pads created a slip hazard near the galley Crew say the flight was delayed departing the gate as a direct result of the boarding holdup Fellow passengers described the routine as "impressively thorough" despite the chaos it caused.
