Officers say every violation photo shows the same image: a hooded skeletal figure at the wheel, hands at ten and two, staring directly into the camera. Investigators say the route was deliberately chosen: She mapped 52 camera-monitored intersections and hit each one within a single 9-hour window She adjusted the seat and mirror at each stop to ensure the mask was perfectly framed The costume was never removed, including during a drive-thru stop caught on video Each citation totaled $500 and was mailed to her ex's address, still on the registration She waved at 11 of the cameras, according to images obtained by investigators A folded paper map with 52 red circles was recovered from the passenger seat County staff say the photos circulated internally for weeks before anyone filed a report. "We process thousands of these. Nobody poses," said traffic enforcement supervisor Gene Harnwell, a 25-year veteran of the county. "She took 52 portraits and mailed him the bill."
