She allegedly created 340 separate accounts and spaced the posts across seven weeks She tracked every account and posting time on a spreadsheet to avoid detection His rating fell from 4.8 to 1.9 and he lost a contract worth $40,000 Investigators say each fake account used a slightly different first name pulled from a baby-name website Selke reportedly scheduled posts around business hours to make the pattern look organic The business owner said he suspected something was wrong when strangers began leaving one-star reviews describing "unprofessional behavior" for jobs he had never even quoted. A rival contractor said he'd "never seen a rating fall off a cliff that fast without an actual disaster."
