She allegedly followed the family through eleven aisles before store security intervened Witnesses say she repeated "one hundred forty dollars, zero tip" at increasing volume Store employees say other shoppers began applauding by the electronics section The family reportedly abandoned a full cart near checkout to leave faster Kesler reportedly refused to lower her voice even after being asked twice by staff One witness said "she followed them into the toy aisle still yelling the total — it was unhinged and honestly kind of iconic." "I've dealt with shoplifters, return fraud, one guy who tried to return a half-eaten rotisserie chicken," said store manager Todd Brimley.
