81-YEAR-OLD MAN ARRESTED FOR DRAG RACING HIS MOBILITY SCOOTER DOWN MAIN STREET DAYTON, OH — Harold Bennett, 81, was arrested and charged with reckless endangerment after deputies say he challenged another mobility scooter user to an impromptu drag race down the town's Main Street during a busy Saturday farmers market, reaching speeds of nearly 9 mph in a pedestrian-heavy zone. Deputies say the "race" began after a disagreement over whose scooter model was genuinely faster.
