Deputies say neighbors first assumed she was waiting for a delivery before realizing she wasn't leaving. She reportedly brought a $15 cooler stocked with sparkling water and string cheese Deputies say she had a folding table set up with a paperback book she never opened She allegedly told a concerned neighbor she was "just enjoying the neighborhood" The new girlfriend reportedly called police after Delgado waved every time she looked outside She reportedly refused to move even after being asked directly by the homeowner Deputies say her umbrella was angled specifically toward the house's front window She allegedly asked the responding officer if lawn chairs were "even illegal, technically" A neighbor two houses down said watching someone stage an entire outdoor lounge setup to silently menace a couple was "genuinely the most unsettling weekend activity" she'd witnessed on the street. Deputy Officer Marissa Kane, 9 years on the force, said, "We've responded to stalking complaints before. First time the evidence included a cooler and a folding table."
